Annual General Meeting (AGM 2024)

 

Our Lady of Faith’s  AGM will take place Wednesday 26th June 2024 at 7pm.

It will be held in the ’grande salle’

St Etienne is easy to access from the motorway (exit Vennes), direction Lausanne. There are road works on the Route d’Oron, the entrance to the car park of the church is opposite the St Etienne bus stop.

 

M2 metro stop La Sallaz, direction Croisettes if taking it in Lausanne

 

 The date has been chosen in order to allow as many members as possible to participate, including catechism teachers, offer sufficient time for discussion and avoid tension before Mass.

 

If requested and if there is sufficient demand a baby sitter may be provided . Please advise by email to overlack@bluewin.ch.

 

Any member of OLOF can announce their attention to stand for election to the council by sending an email to the president at

council@catholicchurchlausanne .org beforehand but prior announcements are not obligatory and they can present for election on the day.

 

The convocation has been sent out by email to all our registered members, published on our website and attached to the newsletter.
